Mindful Movement

Mindful Movement is the place where Mental Health and Physical Health meet. It is the incorporation of ethical engagement, breathing techniques, healing movement, meditation, and other practices which can improve mental health, and foster resiliency in the body and mind. This practice is for anyone and everyone seeking change, transformation, to grow their well being and feeling of vital wholeness.

$15 per class (please reach out to confirm that classes are occurring each week)

Allow the healing sounds and vibration to assist you in expanding your energy field, helping to dissolve blockages and limitations as you manifest your vision and move into resonance with an infinitely loving universe.

Tonight’s event engages special mantras and meditations along with a beautiful energy healing sound bath to activate your abundance and patterns of prosperity.

You are welcome to bring anything that will support you in a more comfortable experience. Yoga mat, blankets, pillows, eyeshades, water, crystals and other sacred objects.

All are welcome. No experience necessary.

Sound baths provide an opportunity to relax and journey into a healing, meditative and enhanced state of awareness.

Participants experience numerous benefits including stress relief, deep cleansing and powerful rejuvenation. There is nothing you need to do, know or believe.

Join us for a powerful, yet relaxed evening of connection, empowerment, healing sound and vibration.

Yoga with Nicole Carriere

This Slow Flow class focused on movements to awaken the body along with poses to relax and release tension and stress. We will focus on restoring your nervous system, opening the body to release negative energy and clear the mind through breath and meditation.  Poses will be shown in varying ways to accomodate your preference and ability. This is a very comfortable and open environment welcoming all levels, even beginners.
